Orders are generally shipped the same day received. Childwood Magnets ships best way so that orders are usually received within 8 to 10 business days.The shipping chart below shows our shipping

Orders placed after 12pm (noon) Pacific Time on Friday, all day Saturday, and all day Sunday will ship the following Monday.

International Orders

Customers outside of the US and Canada must call to order products. International customers will be able to register online, but will not be able to place orders that ship outside the US or Canada. Visa and Mastercard are the accepted forms of payment for international orders.

Replacement Policy

If you lose a magnet from your ChildWood Magnet collection, please contact us for a free replacement. Shipping charges may apply.

Tax Exemptions and Wholesale Pricing

Customers must register online (or over the phone) to request a Tax Exempt or Wholesale membership and qualify before online orders reflect tax exemption status or wholesale pricing.

Return Policy

All products purchased from ChildWood Magnets are 100% guaranteed.

We want you to be completely satisfied with the products you purchase from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a prompt refund, exchange or account credit within 30 days of receipt. If the product is defective, Childwood Magnets will pay for return shipping; otherwise, customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
